Vildarich-M 50/500 is an oral antidiabetic combination containing Vildagliptin and Metformin. It helps improve blood glucose control in adults with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus by increasing glucose-dependent insulin release and reducing excess glucose production by the liver.
